Already have an EPC?

Order the rest of the HIP, and include your own EPC. We can compile it all together, and provide a complete, fully compliant and legitimate pack.

As of 6th April 2009 it is illegal to market a property until you have a market-ready HIP.

A market ready HIP is one which contains an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), a Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ), index, evidence of title and a sales statement. Once these items have been received by Survey1 your estate agent can market your property.

There are a number of ways a PIQ can be completed. However, the speediest option is for the vendor to fill in the form online. This form is on our Home Page and, once completed and the "Submit to Survey1" tab is clicked, the form is automatically emailed to us

When your Hip is ordered you will be given a unique reference number you will be able to use this to track your Hips progress at any time of the day on our secure hosting portal.
